- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für den indirekten Einkauf (z. B. IT, Marketing, Facility Management, Dienstleistungen, Energie, Versicherungen)
- Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten sowie Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen
- Steuerung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Einführung und Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und -tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern auf Gruppenebene
- Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im indirekten Bereich
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Einkaufstools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
